The position focuses on supporting internal teams with research, event targeting, and tailored pre-sale support while maintaining CRM accuracy and professional partnerships across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant or related role; art market experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent analytical, research, and interpersonal skills with an interest in developing commercial and strategic capabilities.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interact professionally with colleagues across levels and maintain high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Strategists and specialist departments with research on prospective clients and opportunities.
• Assist with strategic sale-related support, including tailored pre-sale targeting and researching prospective bidders.
• Partner with Client Strategists to conduct research for top client reviews and regional meetings.
• Monitor and share relevant event, travel, and visit opportunities to support client strategies.
• Support top client reviews by preparing data and identifying gaps and opportunities in client portfolios.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and decks as required.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of client information in CRM throughout the year.
