Job summary

PayIt, LLC is seeking a Client Operations Analyst to act as the operational execution engine for the Client Operations group in Kansas City. You will manage workflows, triage issues, maintain documentation, and prepare reports to ensure client-impacting work progresses efficiently through resolution.

Working within a pooled support model, you will help deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience across the PayIt portfolio, collaborating with multiple teams to drive follow-through and

Responsibilities

• Triage and manage incoming operational requests, issues, and support activities.
• Gather information, document findings, and elevate issues appropriately.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc operational reports.
• Maintain client documentation, SOPs, operational records, and escalation paths.
• Support release readiness activities, known issue tracking, and post-release monitoring.
• Coordinate with Client Operations Managers, Support Engineering, Product Engineering, Implementations, and Client Success teams to drive operational follow-through.
• Identify operational risks, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support client training and operational enablement activities as needed.
