Job summary

Signarama Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a Client Solutions Coordinator to serve as a friendly front-line contact and key project coordinator. This consultative sales role blends front-counter sales, account support, web follow-up, and admin tasks to move projects from idea to installation.

You will work across a four-location franchise, engaging customers, preparing estimates, coordinating with design, production and installation teams, and ensuring timely, accurate service with a strong customer

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, account coordination, project coordination, or admin support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Consultative selling, problem-solving, and helping customers decide.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and business software.
• Willingness to learn POS, CRM, estimating and project management tools.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and focused on outstanding service.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and handle calls professionally.
• Respond to web requests and lead submissions promptly.
• Ask questions to understand needs, timelines, budgets, and requirements.
• Recommend signage, graphics, branding and visual solutions.
• Prepare estimates, quotes and work orders accurately.
• Follow up on quotes and convert opportunities to sales.
• Process deposits, payments, invoicing, and basic billing.
• Coordinate projects with design, production and installation teams.
• Communicate timelines and updates clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and project notes.
• Support quality control by reviewing details, proofs, and work.
• Ensure excellent customer experience from first contact to delivery.
• Support marketing efforts with project photos, social content and outreach.
