Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of two years of related experience or the equivalent.
• Strong communication skills through excellent verbal and written correspondence, effective listening, and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service by developing, maintaining and growing profitable client relationships with minimal risk.
• Perform teller duties: deposits, withdrawals, payments and negotiable items; maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Educate clients on the bank’s products and processes to meet client and community needs.
• Coordinate with the Retail Branch Manager to align daily work with organizational goals.
