Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience: At least one year of relevant work experience preferred; prior banking experience is strongly preferred.
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ability to process information and transactions with high levels of accuracy.
• Addressing Client Needs: Knowledge of and the ability to recognize and be sensitive to the different perspectives and priorities of different customers.
• Digital Awareness: Shares, shows, and supports clients on a variety of technological digital and online tools and resources.
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Critical Thinking: Knowledge of and ability to utilize processes, tools, and techniques for detecting, addressing, and preventing fraudulent situations.
• Managing Multiple Priorities: Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive client experience while processing financial transactions.
• Refer clients to appropriate bank products or representatives.
• Engage with clients in the lobby and educate on digital tools for managing finances.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to address client requests.
• Adhere to policies and ensure accurate teller and branch operations.
