Responsibilities include billing, data analysis, and presenting project updates. Qualifications include a college degree or equivalent, 2+ years in security operations, and a preference for military or law enforcement background.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years in security operations with increasing responsibilities.
• Prior military or law enforcement preferred for armed/unarmed officer management.

Responsibilities

• Handle client issues and emergencies.
• Communicate with key client contacts and local GardaWorld branches.
• Build and maintain relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client security program for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Deliver presentations focused on client needs.
• Update databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue follow-ups.
• Write reports, client communications, and operating guidelines.
• Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.
