Job summary

GardaWorld Security in the United States seeks a Security Client Services Manager to bridge clients and the organization, ensuring an exceptional experience that reflects GardaWorld’s reputation as a premier security partner.

You will champion service quality, strengthen client relationships, and help drive account success through proactive communication, problem-solving, and operational insight, coordinating with staff and management to meet contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• College degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience; 4 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security service and ensure high standards.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships and act as liaison.
• Meet regularly with clients to address problems and update status.
• Participate in recruitment, orientation, training, and staff development.
• Visit and inspect staff across accounts; provide training and guidance.
• Maintain knowledge of post specs, patrol areas, and emergency procedures.
• Assist in staffing schedules, budgets, payroll, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and contracts; drive improvements.
• Recommend new policies to increase department efficiency.
• Apply progressive discipline where needed; perform other duties.
