In this role, you’ll champion service quality, strengthen client relationships, and help drive account success through proactive communication, problem-solving, and operational insight.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience; 3 years preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security services across facilities to ensure top-quality delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff; act as liaison between GardaWorld, clients, and assigned personnel.
• Meet with clients regularly to address issues, provide updates, and ensure contract compliance and satisfaction.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training of staff assigned to accounts.
• Routinely inspect sites, review reports, provide guidance, ensure contractual and GardaWorld policy compliance, and take corrective action as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of post specifications, procedures, zones, emergency plans, and client policies for effective operations.
• Assist in staffing schedules, budgets, payroll, and related reporting.
