Job summary

INNERGY seeks a Library Engineer to work with clients using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering to configure, build, validate, and maintain libraries that drive design-to-manufacturing workflows.

You will coach clients, validate data and standards, and, when needed, work directly in client libraries to ensure accuracy and readiness for production. This is a remote-first role with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or AutoCAD-based DM tools.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to power users and clients.
• Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Build and validate libraries; create product data, machining rules, and design standards.
• Train and support clients with Toolbox and Engineering libraries.
• Meet clients where they are and adjust approach to different skill levels.
• Keep communication clear and document progress, issues, and fixes.
• Identify and fix issues in library setup and usage; practical problem solving.
• Contribute client feedback to development and content teams to improve.
