• Support Client Solution Managers throughout the sales lifecycle, helping move opportunities from identification through qualification, pursuit, proposal, interview, selection and follow-up.
• Assist in creating winning deal strategies and client solutions by coordinating research, scheduling, and documentation across teams.
• Develop and maintain CRM records, prepare reports and market updates to track business development performance.
• Contribute to the development pathway by engaging in coaching, shadowing, and training to progress toward a Client Solution Manager role.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely proposals and accurate information.
