Job summary

Profile Products Llc is seeking a Market Development Associate to support the Environmental Solutions unit by researching construction projects, qualifying leads, and building the sales pipeline. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Business Development, using CRM systems and data tools to front-load opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in inside or B2B sales; familiarity with AI tools or bid tracking is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, direct sales, B2B sales, or business development.
• Experience using CRM tools to enter and track projects and updates.
• Experience with lead pursuit resources such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools or automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research significant construction projects and identify decision-makers.
• Assess project potential and route qualified leads to Sales and Business Development.
• Follow up on leads by phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a book of business.
• Articulate value of hydroseeding and erosion control solutions to stakeholders.
• Serve as records champion for lead conversions and project tracking in Dynamics 365.
• Improve department workflows using Microsoft Office, Dynamics 365, and AI tools.
• Prepare regional updates and deliver PowerPoint presentations.
