Resource Environmental Solutions LLC is seeking an Environmental Solutions Analyst I to support identification, evaluation, and development of environmental markets across mitigation, water quality, endangered species, reclamation, and related solution lines.

This role sits at the intersection of environmental research, data analytics, GIS, regulatory intelligence, market development, and business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Zero to three years of relevant professional, academic, internship, research, or project-based experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or Tableau a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research environmental markets, regulatory programs, funding sources, and opportunities.
• Identify and evaluate environmental projects across mitigation, water quality, endangered species, and reclamation.
• Analyze opportunities based on funding, regulatory path, procurement, and strategic fit.
• Conduct GIS-based site screening and geographic market mapping.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and executive-ready deliverables.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for nontechnical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
