Qualifications

• BA/BS in Biology, Environmental Science, Geology, Hydrology, Engineering, Agricultural Science, or similar Science.
• 3+ years of regulatory or environmental consulting as a seller-doer.
• Demonstrated relationships with regulators, developers, engineering and legal teams.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and permits (CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, NPDES).
• Experience guiding clients through negotiations and pricing strategies.
• Sales experience across multiple stakeholders leading to bookings.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Achieve defined annual sales target and contribute to growth plan.
• Prospect and build a 4x pipeline to drive core and strategic solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the sales process to win projects.
• Position RES as strategic advisor on client issues with innovative solutions.
• Engage in conferences and trade groups to boost brand and generate leads.
• Gather client feedback to refine offerings.
• Meet clients to expand opportunities on existing contracts.
• Prepare responses to government RFQs.
