Job summary

INNERGY is hiring a Library Solutions Specialist to configure, build, validate, and maintain engineering libraries using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering. You will coach clients through best practices, fix issues, and tailor support for varying technical levels.

Remote role across the US, with a focus on clients in the architectural millwork and design-to-manufacturing space. Strong CAD/CAM background and ability to train others are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on with Microvellum Toolbox or AutoCAD-based tools.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to users and clients.
• Experience training and supporting clients remotely.
• Strong organization and time management to manage multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients; hold regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Build and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards; work directly in client libraries when needed.
• Train and support clients on Toolbox and Engineering libraries.
• Meet clients where they are; tailor support for different skill levels to ensure adoption.
• Keep communication clear; document progress, issues, and fixes for the wider team.
• Solve problems in library setup, configuration, and use with practical client solutions.
• Provide feedback to product and content teams to improve library management and client experience.
