Job summary

Experian, a global data and technology company, is seeking a Client Solutions Analyst to partner with Client Services, Sales, and Operations to support clients through onboarding. This remote role requires being located in the Eastern Time Zone to be available during international business hours.

You will guide clients through onboarding, develop product expertise, and use technical knowledge to support implementation and provide ongoing assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, advanced degree, or relevant technical certification(s).
• 5+ years of experience in client support.
• Located in Eastern Time zone (EST/ET) and available during international business hours.
• Experience working with enterprise-level clients or partners.
• Experience leading client presentations.
• Preferred: Experience working with API integrations and REST web services.
• Preferred: Knowledge of database structures and queries, as well as data transfer methods including SFTP and AWS S3.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to integrate our products.

• Be an important client contact through calls, presentations, and high-touch email communication.

Job Description

As a Client Solutions Analyst , you will partner with Client Services, Sales, and Operations to support clients throughout onboarding. You will blend client relationship management, technical fluency, and product expertise. You will report to the Director and Client Services. You will work remotely in this position, and must be located in the Eastern Time Zone to be available during international business hours.

You will:
