Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days including NMLS background check
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Willingness to travel for staffing needs
• Weekend and extended hours availability

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand client relationships through in-person and phone service
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets by cross-selling products and services
• Conduct consultative conversations and refer complex needs to internal specialists
• Assist with teller duties as needed and handle routine transactions
• Adhere to internal controls and risk policies; stay updated on procedures
• Participate in leadership routines and sales trainings
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications
• Provide friendly, proactive client experience
