Job summary

Truist seeks a Relationship Banker to deliver an industry-leading client service experience in person and on the phone, developing and expanding client relationships. You will provide financial solutions based on consultative conversations and referrals to other partners to grow business.

This role may be cross-trained to perform teller duties and requires a high school diploma and 2 years of client sales and service experience, with strong communication and willingness to travel for temporary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Ability to source, prospect, and build client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in basic computer apps.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days and pass applicable checks.
• Able to multi-task and travel as needed; some weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone.
