The role includes cross-training to handle teller duties as needed and supporting branch sales targets. The position requires a high school diploma, 2 years of client sales/service experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience requested.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications including Microsoft Office.
• Must meet SAFE/Mortgage Licensing Act requirements within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service in person and on the phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships with financial solutions.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed.
• Assist in meeting branch sales targets through consultative discussions.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists when appropriate.
