Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer-focused professional to deliver exceptional client service in person and by phone. You will develop and expand client relationships, advise on products, and refer complex needs to specialists. Cross-training to perform teller duties may be required to support branch operations.

You will contribute to meeting sales targets through consultative conversations, while adhering to policies and maintaining compliance. Weekend hours and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience required.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone.
