Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Assistant Account Supervisor to manage supervisory, training, and operations functions at the assigned client site, ensuring compliance with post orders and client instructions. • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to use office management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of all operational aspects (technical and managerial) of the security contract at the assigned location; assign work tasks to Supervisors and Security Professionals and direct their work throughout the day.
• Act as the first direct management contact for Shift Supervisors or Security Professionals regarding performance and needs; supervise, coach and train; evaluate performance.
• Select and place direct reports; design and implement career development and performance improvement plans.
• Update Post Orders and Operating Procedure manuals; ensure guidance and directives are maintained.
• Conduct interviews and on-the-job training for new employees; coordinate with training teams.
• Develop and maintain training materials; evaluate security procedures and implement improvements.
• Oversee all reports, logs, and pass-downs; distribute communications to security staff.
• Respond to incidents and ensure proper reporting and timely notification of the appropriate parties.
