Allied Universal is hiring an Assistant Site Supervisor/Operations to oversee daily security operations for a high-profile client. You will lead the security team, enforce policies, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College degree in criminal justice or related field is a nice-to-have.
• Experience in security leadership and supervision.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with security systems and incident reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security team operations and supervise staff.
• Become SME in refinery camera and access control systems.
• Serve as a member of Site Supervision Management Team.
• Devise and enforce security policies to safeguard assets.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor surveillance and respond to incidents.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners and departments.
• Manage administrative duties and report generation.
