Allied Universal® is hiring an Assistant Site Manager to oversee supervisory, training, and operations at the client site. You will direct Security Professionals, coordinate post orders, and ensure compliance with procedures.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction at the assigned site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional security experience, preferably in a supervisory/management role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage supervisory, training, and operations functions at the assigned site.
• Direct work of Supervisors and Security Professionals and monitor performance.
• Maintain post orders, operating procedures, and training information.
