Veterinary Eye Institute (VEI) is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our clinical team. The CSR will greet clients and their pets, manage check-in, answer phones, and escort patients to exam rooms.

The role requires handling medical records, payments, and clear communication between clients and staff. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay composed in emergencies.
