Animal Eye Care Associates in Durham and Wake Forest, NC is seeking a Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our ophthalmology specialty team. You’ll be the first and last point of contact for clients and help keep the hospital running smoothly.

The role focuses on welcoming clients, answering questions, scheduling appointments, processing payments, maintaining records, coordinating with doctors and technicians, and supporting the team in a busy healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, reception, or veterinary experience.
