Job summary

Chino Valley Animal Hospital in Chino Valley, AZ, part of the Suveto network, is seeking an experienced full-time Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR acts as liaison, providing information and resolving issues, supporting a fast-paced, multi-doctor veterinary practice.

Ideal candidates have excellent customer service, ability to multitask, handle phone lines, schedule appointments, check clients in/out, and stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of previous experience in client services.
• Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well within a team environment

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with impromed systems
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
