Chino Valley Animal Hospital in Chino Valley, AZ, part of the Suveto network, is seeking an experienced full-time Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR acts as liaison, providing information and resolving issues, supporting a fast-paced, multi-doctor veterinary practice.

Ideal candidates have excellent customer service, ability to multitask, handle phone lines, schedule appointments, check clients in/out, and stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of previous experience in client services.
• Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well within a team environment

Responsibilities

AClient Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. Although this position does not provide direct care for the pets we serve, the CSR's are critical to the success of every client interaction. We work using a team-oriented approach in delivering the best in compassionate care for both the pets and clients we serve.

The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multitask, answer phone lines, schedule appointments, check clients in and out of the facility, and remain calm under pressure along with other misc. duties. Hours include days, nights, and weekends. Previous experience in a multi-doctor veterinary practice is preferred or past client service experience.
