Job summary

Paychex in New York, NY is seeking a customer service professional to support clients across phone, email, chat, and other channels. You will resolve inquiries, follow up on items to meet service levels, and document all client interactions.

You will develop knowledge of Paychex products and use HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS to provide accurate information. Overtime may be required during peak seasons to meet demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Payroll/admin support experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality service to Paychex clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues.
• Follows up on outstanding items to issue completion in compliance with established Service Level Agreements.
• Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
• Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of one or more Paychex products.
• Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization.
• Documents all client interactions.
• Overtime may be required during peak seasons to meet business demands.
