Job summary

Central Wyoming Counseling Center in Casper, WY is seeking a Client Service Representative to be the friendly first contact for clients and guests.

You will greet visitors, coordinate front-desk activities, and support the organization with administrative tasks during 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and experience with EMR platforms; CPC coding, ICD-10, and behavioral health CPT codes are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with EMR software platforms is preferred.
• CPC coding and ICD-10 proficiency preferred; knowledge of behavioral health CPT codes is a plus.
• Professional certification in behavioral health coding (e.g., AAPC) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and coordinate front-desk activities.
• Provide administrative support and handle calls and mail.
• Redirect calls and assist staff as needed.
