Responsibilities

• Greets and assists visitors, patients, and vendors; ensures sign-in on Visitor Sign-In Sheet.
• Coordinates visitors with staff and units; assists with paging and administrative tasks.
• Codes and inputs daily charges and files paperwork in patient files as needed.
• Performs chart organization and filing as required.
