Job summary

Central Wyoming Counseling Center in Casper, WY is seeking a Client Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients and guests.

The role requires strong front-desk coordination, EMR experience, and knowledge of CPC/ICD-10 and behavioral health CPT codes; a high school diploma is required.

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and the position is full-time non-exempt.

Qualifications

• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms.
• Experience with CPC coding; demonstrated ICD-10 proficiency; experience with ICD-10 and behavioral health CPT codes.
• Professional certificate in behavioral health coding (e.g., AAPC) preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front-desk activities and greet clients and guests.
• Distribute correspondence and re-direct phone calls as needed.
• Provide administrative support across the organization.
• Support CWCC's client service operations at the Casper location.

ROLE:

The Client Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for our clients. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit Central Wyoming Counseling Center (CWCC).

JOB SUMMARY:
