Job summary

Heritage Auctions in Dallas seeks a Client Service Representative to manage client communications, resolve inquiries, and process payments, ensuring accuracy and top-tier service.

You will document interactions in our client database, handle orders and bids, and build lasting relationships. Training is six weeks 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; after training, schedules shift to 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional extended hours during Signature auctions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience communicating via email and chat.
• Proficiency in Outlook and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat with a focus on excellent service.
• Document communications and payment details accurately in the client database.
• Resolve client inquiries promptly with timely follow-up.
• Process and record payments accurately according to protocols.
• Engage clients to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Manage client catalog orders and incoming auction bids.
• Maintain high client satisfaction with clear, accurate information.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends during peak periods.
