Heritage Auctions in Dallas seeks a Client Service Representative to manage client communications, resolve inquiries, and process payments, ensuring accuracy and top-tier service.
You will document interactions in our client database, handle orders and bids, and build lasting relationships. Training is six weeks 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; after training, schedules shift to 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional extended hours during Signature auctions.
