Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Financial Services is seeking an ART Acount Reconciliation Supervisor to lead one of four ART teams responsible for daily reconciliation of incoming receivables to ALFA portfolio accounts. The role focuses on coaching 6–10 staff, ensuring accurate reconciliations and timely title releases, while coordinating with multiple departments for efficiency.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with ALFA/FAW systems.

Qualifications

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
Bachelor's degree preferred; majors include Accounting, Business Administration, Finance.
3 years business-general experience; 1 year remarketing; 1 year customer service; 1 year collections.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership and employee development for typically 6–10 employees.
Execute performance appraisals, productivity monitoring, and talent identification.
Oversee reconciliation for high volumes of receipts daily to the ALFA portfolio system.
Monitor suspense environments and title release gate for collateral.
Coordinate with other departments to analyze root causes and implement process improvements.
Handle escalated issues with dealers, customers and internal departments.
