Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of overall work experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in collections, remarketing, customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to 6–10 employees with performance plans and coaching.
• Oversee high-volume reconciliations and monitor title release and LOA gates for compliance.
• Collaborate with Accounting and support teams to analyze root causes and implement process improvements.
