Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer calls, and connect them with the right tax expert. You’ll schedule appointments, support clients across in-person, phone, and virtual channels, and help keep the office organized and welcoming during peak tax season.

Ideal candidates bring customer-service experience, strong multi-tasking ability, and daily use of Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work at multiple locations is preferred.

• Flexible schedule and/or willingness to work across locations.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients according to their preferences.
• Help ensure all client needs are met during in-person, over the phone, or virtual service.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
