H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, route them to the right tax professional, and schedule appointments. You will help ensure every client leaves satisfied, whether in person, by phone, or virtually, while keeping the office organized and welcoming.

Ideal candidates bring experience in fast-paced environments, strong multitasking, and solid Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
