Job summary

TransPerfect in Corvallis, OR seeks a Client Services Associate to be the main point of contact for clients and coordinate translation projects with the Production team. You will manage preflight tasks, enter project details into internal systems, and ensure everything is ready for production.

You will collaborate with team members to assess scope, prepare cost/time estimates, and keep projects on track by communicating progress and addressing issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience building relationships with clients and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new projects and enter key details into internal systems.
• Collaborate with production team to assess scope, estimate cost and timelines.
• Provide budget, schedule and instructions to project team, anticipate roadblocks.
• Serve as liaison between client and internal staff and manage client expectations.
• Monitor progress, deadlines and budgets to ensure high quality deliverables.
• Educate project team on clients’ industry and business needs for better service.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve client concerns.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by a manager.
