Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to manage language and translation projects from start to finish. You will serve as the single point of accountability, coordinating with sales, translators, and QA teams to ensure linguistic accuracy and timely delivery.

This role offers a growth path in a project-management oriented career and requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience coordinating projects and assignment of resources a plus.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Effective time management.

Responsibilities

Own the entire life-cycle of language/translation projects assigned to the individual.
Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Understand and abide by individual project instructions.
Liaise with sales staff to clarify project parameters.
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally.
Coordinate with quality personnel to ensure translations meet instructions and are linguistically accurate.
Communicate issues to sales staff promptly and clearly.
Research industries TransPerfect markets to and stay informed on current events.
Investigate/resolve client complaints and implement systemic improvements.
Perform other special projects or duties as required.
