Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a Client Services Associate in New York to serve as the first level of support for clients, managing the completion of language projects.

The role requires solid communication skills, organizational abilities, and experience in customer service or project management. You’ll collaborate with production teams to ensure quality delivery and play a proactive role in client relationships.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as first level of support to existing clients.
• Manage and coordinate completion of all language projects.
• Respond to client requests for new project initiatives.
• Collaborate with production team for project estimates.
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality deliverables.
