Job summary

TransPerfect in Washington, DC is seeking a Client Services Project Coordinator to orchestrate project lifecycles, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. You will communicate with clients and internal teams, frame project instructions and deadlines, monitor progress, and support process improvements while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong English communication, and a willingness to work rotating shifts,

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
• Superior written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Strong attention to detail and initiative on new projects.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for new project initiatives, by closely monitoring external and internal email correspondence.
• Collaborate with production, tech and sales teams to assess scope and produce cost estimates.
• Frame project instructions, specifications and deadlines within our internal job-tracking system.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and third party vendors.
• Manage client relationships and set expectations in increasingly narrow timeframes.
• Oversee full project lifecycle; monitor and communicate progress; ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets and quality.
• Provide training and guidance on best practices to support process improvement and optimization.
• Perform other special projects or duties when required.
