What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives, owning the service delivery relationship
- Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Proven success in managing multiple simultaneous projects
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a confident leadership presence
- Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to manage client expectations
- Solid understanding of database design and management, along with data processing activities
