What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives to manage service delivery relationships
- Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables

- Proactively address client issues or escalate them to senior management when necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the eDiscovery or litigation support industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects successfully
- Strong oral and written communication skills to demonstrate confident leadership
- Excellent client relationship skills, with the ability to manage expectations and adapt to client needs
- Solid understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated success in developing project plans and maintaining project control from planning through production
