Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for new project initiatives and monitor email correspondence.
• Collaborate with production, tech and sales teams to assess scope of work and prepare cost estimates.
• Frame project instructions, specifications and deadlines in the internal tracking system.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and third-party vendors.
• Manage client relationships and set expectations within tight timeframes.
• Oversee full project lifecycle and ensure deadlines, budgets and quality deliverables.
