Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned language/translation projects.
• Juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Liaise with sales staff to clarify project parameters.
• Coordinate with translators, proofreaders, and QA personnel to ensure linguistic accuracy and adherence to instructions.
• Investigate and resolve client issues and recommend systemic improvements.
• Perform other duties as needed.
