Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while serving as a primary point of contact for questions, project needs, and product information.
• Coordinate customer projects from initial inquiry through the order process, ensuring timelines, details, and requirements are clearly managed.
• Prepare accurate quotes, pricing information, project updates, sample requests, presentations, and customized project details.
• Partner with sales, customer service, operations, and other internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Manage multiple open projects, quotes, follow-ups, and customer requests while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project notes, follow-up activity, and account information in CRM systems.
