Job summary
AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an experienced Insurance Account Specialist in Oxnard, CA to support commercial, health, and personal lines insurance operations. This direct hire role requires a California Life and Health license and at least two years in insurance sales and service.
You will build client relationships, prepare quotes, and coordinate with carriers and underwriters to provide coverage solutions.
Qualifications
- Active California Life and Health License required.
- Minimum 2 years of insurance sales and service experience.
- Experience with personal lines and commercial insurance preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance regulatory compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying insurance needs and coverage opportunities.
- Prepare insurance quotes, recommend appropriate products, and support sales and service goals.
- Manage policy renewals, reinstatements, cancellations, documentation, and recordkeeping.
- Work with carriers and underwriters to secure coverage options and resolve client service needs.
- Monitor premium payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and ensure accurate account activity.
- Review insurance policies, contractual documents, and compliance requirements to support quality service.
