Job summary

SPS North America seeks a detail-oriented Client Services Associate (Mailroom and Copy & Print) to support daily print, reprographics, mailroom and workplace operations in a fast-paced professional environment.

In this hands-on role you will process high-volume print requests, manage mail and shipping, maintain equipment, and deliver reliable service across internal teams. The position requires strong communication, multitasking, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of related office, print, mailroom, or operational support experience preferred.
• Ability to learn computer-based systems and print management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Copy, Print & Reprographics Support: process high-volume copying, printing, scanning, and digital imaging requests; finish services including binding, cutting, padding, lamination; ensure quality and timely completion of prints.
• Equipment & Production Support: operate and maintain reprographics devices; perform routine maintenance; monitor supply inventory and coordinate replenishment.
• Mailroom & Administrative Support: assist inbound/outbound mail and shipping; maintain tracking records; support meeting room setup and general office operations.
