Job summary

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and clear written/verbal communication.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on sales, call volume, and CSC productivity.
• Prepare clear, actionable insights and documentation for business leaders.
• Design and deploy standardized reporting and dashboards with CSC leadership.
• Partner with finance to reconcile invoices and manage FTE vs budget.
• Support strategic business performance initiatives and provide 360 support to the Senior Business Performance Manager.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on ad hoc projects as needed.
