Job summary

Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly analytical Business Performance Manager for its Client Services team. This on-site role focuses on driving productivity, improving KPI visibility, and delivering data-driven insights to leadership.

The candidate will develop dashboards, partner with finance on budget reconciliation, and support strategic initiatives to elevate client experiences. A strong commercial mindset and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinker with ability to translate data into insights for leadership.
• Experience in managing recurring business reporting and KPI visibility.
• Ability to design and deploy standardized dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting across sales, call volume, and CSC productivity.
• Prepare actionable documentation of insights to inform leadership decisions.
• Design and deploy dashboards to increase visibility into performance.
• Partner with Finance to reconcile invoices and review FTEs against budget.
• Support strategic business initiatives to improve productivity and client experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align investments with data insights.
• Provide 360 support to performance initiatives and ad hoc projects for Client Services.
