Responsibilities

• Serve as daily internal contact for order management and inquiries.
• Manage incoming emails from internal sources and stakeholders.
• Generate clear communication to internal and external team members regarding program status.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Client Services, Production, Finance and Operations teams.
• Facilitate accurate inventory updates and warehouse communication.
• Follow through on exception reporting and problem solve to reduce issues.
• Prioritize orders and expedite urgent requests.
• Maintain and distribute daily/weekly reports.
